Privacy notice

What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Arx Certa is registered in England and Wales. We're the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about anything in this notice at [email protected].

What we collect

  • AI scorecard: your name, work email, optional role, your answers to the questions and the score they produce.
  • Contact form: your name, work email and your message.
  • If you ask us to talk you through your result: a note that you asked, and when.
  • Technical data: your browser type, used to protect the forms from spam.

Why we use it

  • To show you your scorecard result and email you a copy. We need your email address to do that.
  • To follow up about your result or message. This is in our legitimate interest as a business, and in yours as someone who asked about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time.
  • To send occasional emails with practical AI advice, only if you ticked the box to say yes. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use these providers to run the site, under contracts that protect your data:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form submissions and protects the forms from spam (Turnstile).
  • Resend sends the emails with your result and our replies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep scorecard and contact form submissions for up to 2 years after we last heard from you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 2 working days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse. The scorecard saves your progress in your own browser, so you can carry on if you leave the page. It isn't sent to us until you ask for your result.
